Job Description

We are currently hiring for the following positions.

Inside Sales
Salary
Hourly rate: ¥1,500 – ¥1,700
Working Hours
Negotiable
(From 2 hours per day, 1 day a week is also acceptable. We can accommodate sudden absences, for example, if you have small children.)
Education / Age
Not required
Ideal Candidate
  • Ability to proactively think and secure appointments beyond just making calls.
  • Experience and recognition in inside sales, including awards.
  • Experience and recognition in inside sales, including awards.
  • Skilled in considerate communication with clients.
  • In-house COMPANY System
    For those who achieve results such as a high number of appointment bookings, we will not only raise the hourly wage but also provide lists, tools, and job opportunities to entrust more projects. Through this system, we aim to create an environment where even individual contractors can start their own businesses.
